On vacation when cat sitter called to say we had a water link under the sink. Called for plumber. It is a Sunday. The Person answering the phone very helpful and within an hour we had a plumber on the way to meet the cat sitter. The plumber was very helpful and we got the leak stopped. All done over the phone.

Trey and Michael were very efficient in changing out two hot water heaters in my home. Removing two hot water heaters required plenty of patience and strength. Both were very cordial and professional and worked nonstop. All work was completed the same day. Kudos to RS Andrews.

Randall N did a fabulous job servicing our 5 units and 2 mini splits! He was knowledgeable, professionally , and pleasant . It took all day but was well worth it. Our units were originally installed and serviced by Grays, but they became unreliable charges us exorbitant $ for every little thing. Thank you RS Andrews!
