Just had my bi-yearly HVAC checkup by Justin from RS Andrews. I found him to be a very polite, honest and informed technician. I have a system that is getting older so seasonal maintenance is very important to me and my wallet. He advised me of potential problems going forward (not to say that these problems will actually happen), fixed a small gas leak in my furnace and performed proper maintenance procedures on my system to help insure that I will have a comfortable summer. I am a happy camper.

Paul came this morning and replaced our well tank as well as the switch, gage and all the plumbing. He used bronze pipe where required and also added a coupler to make it easy to remove the tank if necessary. Job went great and Paul is a professional that you can count on. Jason from RS Andrews did a phenomenal job installing our sink and dishwasher post-kitchen remodel. He also, during cabinet install a couple of weeks ago, he got the stack for the sink prepared and ready to go. Jason takes his time, truly knows what he is doing, and does not leave before testing every component. He thought to check the dishwasher access panel one more time and was able to find a minor leak. He fixed it and retested the dishwasher before completing the job. I am blown away by his work ethic. The next time I need a plumber, I will be contacting RS Andrews. Thank you!

Called 3 others places and RS Andrew’s was the only one that coould confirm a tech on site same day. The dispatcher was very helpful and clearly set expectations on when the tech would show up. Clarence showed up 20 minutes earlier than quoted… love that! He was great wasting no time getting to the heart of the issue, fixing it and then offering tips on how to address in the future. Thanks to Clarence and the RS Andrew’s team I’m back up and running.

Jeremy was out this morning for my semi-annual HVAC service. He was on time and did a thorough service to my units. Thank you.

I had the system checkup today by Clarence. He was great! He explained everything took his time and recapped anything he found that could potentially be a problem. I felt very confident he knew what he was doing. He did not try to sell me anything as my system is 8 years old and I had another company about a year ago tell me I should be looking to replace it soon. I highly recommend RS Andrew’s and if I do need a new system they will be who I call but in the mean time I will be doing all my maintenance and repair business with them.

This is the second time I’ve called RS Andrews and both times they have done a great job. This last week my heater decided to give me a hard time. I had emergency heat so they were at my home the next day. It was fixed in a little over an hour and Mr Bond explained to me what happened and how to help avoid the same issue again. He was very thorough - just as he was the last time he was here. They are very thorough and also very nice! I will continue to use them.

Nate was awesome! It was an after hours call. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a few things to try before arriving to see if I could fix it on my own. I wasn’t able to so he came over. He was thorough, although he figured out the issue immediately he still went through and checked everything to make sure it was running correctly. In addition to being knowledgeable he was friendly and kind. Even threw the ball for my dog.

Had to install a new 22” high toilet in prep for hip replacement surgery . ( most home’s toilets are 16” or 18” high ) The technician that came to my home to do this work ( Michael ) , was very professional , polite and competent : he did a real good job ! The new toilet cost was $260 , and the cost to remove the old one and install the new one was $430, which seems a bit high ,as the estimate in my head for the cost of the labour & disposal of the removed toilet was $250 -$350. Also , my home is kept very neat & clean . There was a little debris and a borrowed wet towel left on the floor in the bathroom ; so leaving the job site @ least as clean as ya found it , if not cleaner , is a minor suggestion for betterment going forward .

Jeramy came out to our house, diagnosed the HVAC issue, and prepared a tech report for a warranty claim. The warranty claim was submitted and successful.

Great service from Jason-friendly and efficient. He was running late but called to let us know. On inspection he offered us options to fix leaking faucet-replaced by them, replaced with our purchase, or restore original, with price laid out for each option. We went with our own purchase, he waited while we went to the store. Fixed in one day.

I called after hours because of a drip from our upstairs unit. A person called early the next day and scheduled a technician. Max did a great job in repairing our A/C unit upstairs in the attic, cleaning the pan and drip pipe. He was polite and knowledgeable. Your service and tech people are the best!! We do have a service contract and so worth it!
