I have been through four HVAC repairmen in the last couple of months. The first one obviously did not know what they were doing. The second one may have diagnosed the problem correctly but he showed up at the wrong time, was rude, and did not know that the unit was still in warranty. The third guy diagnosed the wrong problem. Paid him $500. I still have the problem. The fourth person was Nate. he diagnosed the problem. He noticed that it was still in warranty......saving me $1400 (over what the second guys was going to charge). He fixed the problem. In addition, Nate was courteous, concise, and congenial, I have three HVAS units in the house. Going forward, no one is going to touch them except Nate.

Paul did a great job on fixing current problems then assessing all 3 systems for upgrades. He was very informative! It will be easy to share within our family groups. He was very knowledgeable. Really helped having your maintenance plan and being able to call for emergency help over weekend while we had family and guests there.
